J427Ni
J427Ni is a low alloy steel welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating, which adopts DCEP. It is permitted for all positions welding. The deposited metal has excellent low temperature impact toughness.
The product is applicable for welding important structures of low-carbon steel and low-alloy steel with corresponding strength grades, such as marine steel (Q235 series A, B, D and E), boilers, bridges, pressure vessels and other structures that bear dynamic loads under low temperature conditions.

1. Before welding, the welding electrode should be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour for ready use.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be cleared off of the work piece before welding.
3. Operating with single-pass welding method. Swinging should be avoided.
