Terms of Warranty

For Golden Bridge Welding Materials products:

1. **General Warranty:** Golden Bridge warrants that its welding wire, electrodes, and flux will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

2. **Duration of Warranty:** The warranty period for Golden Bridge welding wire, electrodes, and flux is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. **Remedies:** In the event of a breach of warranty, Golden Bridge's sole obligation shall be to replace or repair the defective welding wire, electrodes, and flux. Golden Bridge shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or other commercial or economic losses.

4. **Limitation of Liability:** Golden Bridge's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the welding wire, electrodes, and flux.

5. **Governing Law:** This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. **Waiver:** No waiver of any provision of this warranty shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

7. **Severability:** If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this warranty and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. **Entire Agreement:** This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the welding wire, electrodes, and flux, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

For Foresee Industrial Hose products:

1. **General Warranty:** Foresee Electronics INC warrants that its discharge hoses, fire hoses, fittings, and accessories will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

2. **Duration of Warranty:** The warranty period for Foresee discharge hoses, fire hoses, fittings, and accessories is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. **Remedies:** In the event of a breach of warranty, Foresee Electronics INC's sole obligation shall be to replace or repair the defective discharge hoses, fire hoses, fittings, and accessories. Foresee Electronics INC shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or other commercial or economic losses.

4. **Limitation of Liability:** Foresee Electronics INC's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the discharge hoses, fire hoses, fittings, and accessories.
