JQ.SJ102G
JQ-SJ102G is a fluorine-alkali type sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. For large-scale welding, it can be used with submerged-arc-welding wire for pipeline steel.
Working with proper welding wire (such as JQ-H08MnNiTiB), the product is applicable for welding base metal with tensile strength of 540MPa, such as X65. It is mainly used in pipeline industry.
