JQ-SAl 4047 is a eutectic aluminum-silicon MIG welding wire containing 12% silicon; It has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, beautiful and bright bead appearance. Characteristics of welding wire:
1. Compared with 4043, it has lower melting point and narrower solidification range, better fluidity of molten pool, reduced hot cracking tendency and increased shear strength of fillet weld;
2. The product is applicable for continuous welding work in high temperature environment (such as above 65℃).



The product is applicable for welding all kinds of cast and extruded aluminum alloys, such as aluminum (thin) parts, condensers, air conditioning pipes, automobile water tanks, oil tanks and so on.

1. Before welding, impurities such as oxide film and oil stain on the welding edge of work piece and welding wire surface should be completely removed.
