JQ-TG321
JQ-TG321 is a pure argon gas shielded TIG welding wire of 19Cr-10Ni-Ti austenitic stainless steel, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, no splash and optimal bead appearance. It is permitted for all-position welding. It has good crack resistance and is suitable for welding in corrosion-resistant working conditions.
The product is applicable for welding 07Cr19Ni11Ti, and is commonly used in the fields such as food and medical treatment, pressure vessel, petrochemical industry and so on.

1. Shielding gas: Adopt pure Ar; Flow: 9-14L/min when the current is 100-200A, and 14-18L/min when the current is 200-300A.
2. Extension length of tungsten wire: 3-5mm; Arc length: 1-3mm.
3. Keep the wind speed ≤ 1.0m/s; It is suggested that argon should be introduced to the back of the welding zone for protection.
4. Pay more attention on the heat input during welding process as it will directly affect the mechanical properties and crack resistance of the weld metal.
5. The rust layer, moisture, oil stain, dust, etc. on the welding part shall be clearly removed.
The above suggestions are for reference only, and specific operation should be made according to the onsite conditions. When necessary, conduct process evaluation before determining the welding scheme.
