JQ-MG316
JQ-MG316 is a gas shielded MIG welding wire of 19Cr-12Ni-2Mo austenitic stainless steel, which has excellent performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, good wire feeding behavior and optimal bead appearance. It is permitted for all-position welding. It has good crack resistance, and is suitable for welding in the service environment with acetic acid, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and salts.
The product is applicable for welding 06Cr17Ni12Mo2, and is commonly used in the fields such as petrochemical industry and construction machinery etc..

1. Shielding gas: Pay attention to the purity of shielding gas, it is recommended to keep the mixed ratio at Ar+1-3%O2.
2. Gas flow: 20-25L/min.
3. Dry extension length: 15-25mm.
4. The rust layer, moisture, oil stain, dust, etc. on the welding part shall be clearly removed.
5. When the welding work is performed outdoors, windproof measures should be taken when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m/s, and appropriate windproof measures should be taken to prevent blowholes.
The above suggestions are for reference only, and specific operation should be made according to the onsite conditions. When necessary, conduct process evaluation before determining the welding scheme.
