JQ-ENiCrMo-1




JQ.ENiCrMo-1 is a series of welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coated Hastelloy. The bead has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance, and the deposited metal has high strength and strong corrosion resistance at room temperature and high temperature.



The product is applicable for welding and surfacing welding of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy, especially for welding and surfacing welding of Hastelloy G(UNS N06007) alloy with other steel grades and Ni-Cr-Mo alloy composite steel.

1. Before welding, the welding electrode should be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour;
