JC-80 is a self-shielded flux-cored welding wire, which adopts DCEN connection method. It has smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance and can be welded in all positions. It is characterized by its self-shielded welding wire specially developed for X80 pipeline steel, with excellent and stable low-temperature toughness and good crack resistance. It has high deposition efficiency and is especially suitable for vertical down welding because of the rapid solidification of slag. It also has the characteristics of easy operation.



The product is applicable for welding API X80 -X90 pipeline steel or structural steel with tensile strength of 620MPa. It is especially suitable for field welding under complex working conditions. It is mainly used in the fields such as long-distance pipelines, marine engineering and bridges etc..
