JQ-J607RHQG is a low-hydrogen sodium coated high-strength steel welding electrode for pressure-bearing equipment which adopts DCEP connection method and is permitted for all positions welding. It has good welding performance with smooth arc, little splash, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. The deposited metal has good low-temperature impact toughness and crack resistance.



The product is applicable for welding 07MnNiMoDR -50℃ steel spherical tanks, pressure vessels with corresponding strength grades and similar working conditions, marine engineering and other important structures.

1. The welding electrode shall be baked at 400℃ for 1.5h, and then put in a constant temperature box at 100-150℃, and it shall be baked only on demand.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be removed from the work piece before welding.
