R307BH
R307BH is a pearlite heat-resistant steel welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating, which contains Cr1%-Mo0.5%. It adopts DCEP connection method and is permitted for all positions welding The product presents good welding performance with smooth arc and optimal bead appearance. The deposited metal has low S and P content, low temper embrittlement sensitivity, good plasticity, good low-temperature impact toughness and high-temperature mechanical properties.
The product is applicable for welding pressure-bearing equipment such as coke tower and gasifier, such as ASME SA387 Gr.12 Class2 steel.
