J507CrNi
J507CrNi is a low alloy steel welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating which has seawater corrosion resistance. It adopts DCEP connection method and is permitted for all positions welding. It has good plasticity, low-temperature toughness and seawater corrosion resistance.
The product is applicable for welding important marine structures with seawater corrosion resistance, such as Q235, 16Mn and Cr-Al systems.

1. Before welding, the welding electrode should be baked at about 350℃ for 1 hour for ready use.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be cleared off of the work piece before welding.
3. Short arc operation should be adopted when welding.
