JQ-S2594 is low carbon 25%Cr-9%Ni-4%Mo-N nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel welding electrode with rutile coating, which can be used for both AC and DC applications. The deposited metal has good hot cracking resistance. Due to the extreme low carbon content and the existence of molybdenum and nitrogen elements, the deposited metal has good resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The welding electrode has good welding performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, optimal bead appearance. The coating is flame-resistant.



The product is applicable for welding the same type of duplex stainless steel in offshore oil, natural gas and petrochemical industries, such as 022Cr25Ni7Mo4N, 03Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2N, etc.

1. Before welding, the welding electrode must be baked at about 300℃ for 1h.
