JQ-2209 is a CO2 gas shielded stainless steel flux-cored welding wire, which has the advantages of smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability, optimal bead appearance and is permitted for all-position welding. Th balance of austenitic phase and ferrite in deposited metal makes it have the comprehensive properties of austenitic stainless steel and the stress corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel.



The product is applicable for welding base metal such as 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N(S22503), such as stainless steel 2205. It is mainly used in the fields such as etrochemical industry, food and medical treatment, ships, nuclear power and so on.
