D397
D397 is a CrMnMo-type hot forging die surfacing welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating, which adopts DCEP connection method. The surfacing layer contains martensite+retained austenite, which is resistant to intermetallic wear and abrasive wear.
The product is applicable for hot forging dies with cast steel or forged steel as blank and surfacing welding of high-strength wear-resistant parts, such as steel forging dies of 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiMo and 5CrNiSiW.
