JQ-MG50-6 is a carbon steel solid welding wire with gas shielding, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, good wire feeding behavior and optimal bead appearance. The product is applicable for all-position welding. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties. It is characterized by strong resistance to scale and oil stain on the surface of base metal and low porosity sensitivity.
The product is applicable for welding various carbon steel and low alloy steel with 500MPa tensile strength grade, commonly applied in the fields such as bridges, buildings, automobile manufacturing, mechanical structures, etc.
