J427(J48-47)
J427 is a kind of carbon steel welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating, which adopts DCEP method. It is permitted for all positions welding work. The product has good welding performance with arc stiffness, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. The deposited metal presents good mechanical properties and crack resistance.
The product is applicable for welding low carbon steel and low alloy steel structures with tensile strength of 430MPa, such as buildings, bridges, pipelines, pressure vessels, etc.
