E8010 is a kind of welding electrode with high cellulose sodium coating, which is designed for vertical down welding work. DCEN method is adopted. The product has large arc blowing force, double-sided beam by single-sided welding, low slag level, effortless slag removal ability, optimal bead appearance and fast welding speed. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties and excellent anti-porosity and crack resistance, which is a special welding electrode for all-position vertical down welding of pipeline girth on site.



The product is applicable for the filling of carbon steel and low alloy steel pipes with the same strength grade, cosmetic welding, and vertical down welding of general structures with the same strength.

1. The welding electrode can be used immediately after opening, no baking is required;
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be cleared off of the work piece before welding.
