G202




G202 is a rutile coated Cr13 stainless steel welding electrode which presents excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. AC/DC both can be applied.



The product is applicable for welding 06Cr13 and 12Cr13 stainless steel structures and surfacing welding with corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Mechanical properties of deposited metal (the specimen is kept at 730-760℃ for 1h, cooled to 315℃ with the furnace at a speed not exceeding 110℃/h, and then air cooled).

1. Before welding, the welding electrode should be baked at about 250℃ for 1h.
2. Preheat the work piece to 250-350℃ before welding and temper it at 730-760℃ after welding.
