JQ-YDM415 is a submerged arc surfacing flux-cored welding wire; It has excellent surfacing welding performance with effortless slag removal ability and beautiful weld bead formation; The deposited metal has good high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.
Working with sintered-flux JQSJD414N, the product is applicable for repairing and manufacturing the rollers, cogging rollers, rollers, guide plates and auxiliary rollers of hot strip/bar mill.
