JQ-SJ614
JQ-SJ614 is a fluorine-alkali type sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. The content of S and P in welding material is low, and the X coefficient is small, so the temper brittleness of deposited metal is small.
Working with proper welding wire (such as JQ H14Cr1MOR), 14Cr1MOR and ASME SA387 Gr.11Class) for base metal welding, it is commonly used in the fields such as pressure vessels and petrochemical industry.

1. The welding-flux must be baked at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be removed from the work piece before welding.
