JQ-SJ101




JQ-SJ101 is a fluorine-alkali type sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance.



Working with proper welding wires (such as JQ-H08MnA, JQ-H10Mn2, JQ-H08MnMoA, JQ-H08Mn2MoA, etc.), the product is applicable for welding base metals with tensile strength of 430MPa, 490MPa, 550MPa and 620MPa, such as Q235, Q345, Q460 and Q500.

1.The welding-flux must be baked at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use.
2.Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be removed from the work piece before welding.
