Introduction：

JQ-YD567 is a mixed gas shielded flux-cored welding wire for surfacing; It has excellent surfacing performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability and beautiful bead appearance; The deposited metal contains Mo, W and has high temperature hardness and cold and hot fatigue resistance.

Purpose：

The product is applicable for hardfacing surfacing of dies subjected to impact wear and high temperature wear, such as small hot extrusion dies and trimming dies.

Precautions:

1. The work piece shall be degreased and derusted before welding.
2. When welding, the gas flow rate is generally 16-25L/min.
3. When welding with flux-cored welding wire, the dry extension length should be 15-25mm.
4. The humidity of welding wire warehouse should be kept below 60%.
5. The welding wire without vacuum package should not be stored for more than half a year and welding wire with vacuum package should not be stored for more than a year.
