JQ-91T1M is a titanium oxide type flux-cored welding wire with mixed shielding gas, which has the advantages of smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. It is characterized by suitability of vertical upward welding in all positions, fine melt drip, spray transfer, less smoke and dust during the welding process. It has excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance, especially stable low-temperature toughness.



The product is applicable for welding API X80 pipeline steel or 620MPa tensile strength structural steel. It is mainly applied in the fields such as long-distance pipelines, ocean engineering, construction machinery and so on.
