JQ.YR621B3L-1 and JQ.YR91B3L are titanium oxide CO2 gas shielded heat-resistant steel flux-cored welding wires, which have excellent welding performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability and excellent all-position welding performance.



The product is applicable for welding 2.5% Cr - 1% Mo low alloy heat-resistant steel (such as A335-P22 and A387Gr.22) with working temperature below 550℃. It is mainly used in the fields such as petroleum and petrochemical industry, high pressure vessel industry, steam pipeline industry and so on.

1. The work piece shall be degreased and derusted before welding.
2. When welding, the gas flow rate is generally 20-25L/min.
3. When welding with flux-cored welding wire, the dry extension length should be 15-25mm.
4. The humidity of welding wire warehouse should be kept below 60%.
5. The welding wire without vacuum package should not be stored for more than half a year and welding wire with vacuum package should not be stored for more than a year
