JC-29Ni1
JC-29Ni1 is a self-shielded flux-cored welding wire, which adopts DCEN connection method. It has the characteristics of sprayed arc with great penetration, effortless slag removal ability, optimal bead appearance and suitablity for all-position welding. It is characterized by the 0.80%1.10%Ni in deposited metal, excellent low-temperature toughness and good crack resistance.～It has high deposition efficiency and is especially suitable for vertical down welding because of the rapid solidification of slag. It can be used for welding thick plates and important structures with high rigidity.
The product is applicable for welding API X52 -X70 pipeline steel or structural steel with tensile strength of 490MPa, such as L485(X70) and L450(X65), It is especially suitable for field welding under complex working conditions. It is mainly used in the fields such as long-distance pipelines, marine engineering and bridges etc..
