Municipal Fire Hoses

Generally, municipal fire hoses are made of woven polyester fibers, and thermoplastic (TPU) material, a special rubber for the lining. They are often easy to wind up with an anti-abrasion characteristic.

This type of hoses are generally made of woven polyester fibers. However, our fire hoses adapt polyethylene fiber with ultra strength filament woven lined with thermoplastic (TPU). As a result, without lowering the water pressure specifications, our hoses weight less than 40% comparing to the conventional products in the market.

Municipal Sump Pump Discharge Hoses

This product is made of woven polyester fiber while the lining uses thermoplastic polyurethane material. Drainage trucks are often equipped with this type of hose. It is also widely adapted in municipal emergency rescue, mining drainage, flooding drainage, and etc.

Water Curtain Hoses for Fire Fighting

The product is made of woven polyester fibers and adapts Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) rubber as lining.

The holes are drilled by holes with rivets at even intervals on the surface of the water hose to form a water curtain after pressurization, as the water curtain can rapidly lower the temperature in the fire scene and dilute toxic gas.

High Volume and Long Distance Conveying Hose

This product is a pressurized water conveying hose which can be flat coiled, made of a TPU or rubber inner layer, a fiber reinforced layer, and a TPU/rubber outer rubber layer using one-time extrusion technology. The product usually is manufactured with the characteristics of large hose diameter, high flow rate, high pressure, and long distance conveyance. The working pressure reaches 650 psi and the burst pressure is over 4500 psi. This hose is widely and effectively used in urban emergency water supply and drainage (such as fire fighting water supply, sump pump, and etc.).
