E6010
E6010 is a kind of welding electrode with high cellulose sodium coating, which is designed for vertical down welding work. DCEN method is adopted. The product has large arc blowing force, double-sided beam by single-sided welding, low slag level, effortless slag removal ability, optimal bead appearance and fast welding speed. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties and excellent anti-porosity and crack resistance, which is a special welding electrode for all-position vertical down welding of pipeline girth on site.
The product is applicable for girth butt joint of various carbon steel pipes and vertical down welding of general carbon steel structures.
